Price-to-value

friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping workers also are helpful, pools are good, aqua park is small but it is ok for kids, food is good (breakfast and dinner) I liked specially the salads buffet, hotel decoration and furnitur are nice, in general I enjoyed my accomodation there, I may repeat it.

Although the cleanliness of the rooms, they are very tight, shower booth is very small, terraces are too small, the beach needs more caring.

Suitable for families for just 2 nights not more.

Beach was very good and clean, suitable for families. Food was excellent. Staff was very helpful and comfortable. Very recommended for families for 2 or 3 nights only. Your accomodation will be perfect if you are a family and you need to settle.

Cleanliness needs developing. Poor Activities, just pool. Beach away from the hotel. The beach services was poor. The room was very tight. The room always has a strange smell, not comfort. No bed available for the baby. Room View wasn't as expected as you see only the pool (Or part of it) or U R seeing the sea from a very far point. Not all the rooms have a tarrace, and once a room have a terrace it will be very small.

The animation team was good both the swimming pool and the aqua park were great and the staff were great too

The food is good. The value cost is good bcoz included the breakfast and dinner. The room need to put air freshener.

The location is not easy to locate.

Awesome

1- Very nice hospitality, Specially by Mr. Tamer 2- Wonderful food at the second day. 3- Very special pool and water games. 4- Nice Games (ping pong, pool, baby foot, air hockey) 5- Clean rooms, with water heating, air conditioning, 6- Electronic Closet available for leaving money and precious things.

1- The small swimming pool wasn't clean enough. 2- Dinner at first day was at average quality. 3- There are some flies in the hotel.

Great place to be if you have a car and you are looking for just a place to crash at the end of the night

The staff was very friendly, very quick check in/checkout , the rooms were clean and the AC was working great. Very good place for the price. This place is geared more towards kids since it is an aqua park but I was out all day and I just needed somewhere to put my stuff and sleep at night so this was a good pick.

Going from the main road to Retal’s parking area I had to go down a small unpaved area , it is just for a few meters and I had an SUV so it wasn’t a problem but I hope they fix that area soon.
